Hello again everyone, I have had about 3 more occasions since my first post, that there were DNS or Domain Name Server denials, preventing the Instant Blog Subscribers' page from showing up in my browser. There are a few theories that I'm mulling about, however, it could be something as simple as the static IP address changing, which is not uncommon for business based Web sites.
Web servers and other computers that need a consistent point of contact use static IP addresses. However, a Web site's IP address can change over time, and some sites associate multiple IP addresses with a single domain name. So my theory is, that for some reason, my IP protocol search doesn't associate one of the multiple addresses with Instant Blog Subscribers, that they use.
It's also possible that IBS acquired a new Server and my search protocol didn't recognize it. Whatever the case, the problem didn't last more that a day or just a few hours for each occasion. So the mystery is unsolved, but I'm happy to be able to find the Web page and login most of the time.
If you want to check on a Web site to see if it's down, you can go to downforeveryoneorjustme: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
The Web site is very plain and simple. In example A below, you see the Web site as it appears when you land there.
In example B below that, you see the results after typing in a Web site, in this case, I used Instant Blog Subscribers and it said the site was up.
As always, Thanks for stopping by, Terry

Well, in conclusion, I know it's not much, but hope this gives you some perception as to what might be happening, if you find yourself not able to access a Web site that you never had problems with in the past.
As always, Thanks for stopping by, Terry
